I've got the H2O Mop X5 around 6 weeks ago and I love it. It does exactly what the ad says.

Compré el H2O y estoy feliz porque realmente funciona, es excelente. Me gustaría que el mango fuera mas rígido y que en la manguera de extensión se pudieran colocar los cepillos, es muy necesario para cuando quieres tallar en alacenas o azulejos hacia
arriba. Ojala tengan ó diseñen algún adaptador. gracias

I luvvv my H2O mop... it's 1 of the best tings I've ever bought online... being a house wife and a mother of 3 & 2 year old... I felt I will never be able to clean the floors the way I want to, as here is always paints, colours etc. on the floor.... my husband actualy thought I'm wasting money but he loves it now... it's sooo eay to use & soo light... thank u for this gr8 product... I'm actualy gonna buy 1 for my mum now.

I purchased this product just after Christmas and the delivery was excellent. This is really a great product - I use my mop weekly on floors, windows, tiles etc.. An excellent job on the oven . Also like how slim it is great for storage. Im a very happy customer :-)

Just received my replacement H2O Mop X5 today without a quibble. the 1st mop I got on feb 5th was just great but all of a sudden just stopped working. the only fault I would have with it is its too light and small for the large tiled floor area I have. I have since bought the rectangle head to cover ground faster. Might I make a suggestion to a common issue arising on the feedback regarding pooling of water and the grouting retaining it - I would think if the grouting is not the same level as the tile well then obviously it is going to pool there but I think if you just keep the steam at level 1 or maybe one and a half there shouldnt be any wetting of the floor. Have to say it works a dream for me but hope its not going to die on me again!! I think the rectangle head is clumsy and too heavy for the handle and could be easy to break. I have concerns that it is really heavy on current as like an electric kettle!! especially when you have to keep turning it on and off so often to change mop heads and refill. The flex is excellent lenght. I have varnished floor boards and it stripped them so obviously not impressed with it on these but should be better on veneered wood. All in all I wouldnt be without it and it keeps the house shining and v impressed with the no nonsense and no quibble replacement, excellent thanks x x

I wish to thank you for this fantastic product which was delivered within the delivery time promised,Don't even have it a week and I already feel like i could not live without it. I have used it on tiles,floors, appliances and the bathroom and have been quiet impressed , it certainly makes those dreaded jobs all the more easier and quicker. Thank you :)

I'd like to thank you for this wonderful product. It really helps me with my cleaning, and knowing that my floor is well sanitise put my mind at ease when my children walk on it on their bare foot. One thing that I wish we can just order additional micro fibre cloth instead of being force to order the other clothes which I won't be using much. Thank you again. :)
