I received as a gift the FlavorWave Turbo, model #AX-797DH but have no instructions as to how to use it. How may I get these instructions?

The website says that the Flavorwave Oven can bake - can it bake cakes & bread?

Thane says...you certainly can bake cakes and bread in the Flavorwave Turbo and save time! Because the Flavorwave Turbo doesn't use microwaves you are also free to use conventional metal bakeware in it.

Just wondering, is it possible to reheat frozen meals in the flavourwave, as one would in a microwave?
Just received the Tobi Steamer. Just used it once so far it was great and very fast.
